Rec'd an item I did not order or pay for.
I received a pair of Halogen lady's loafers 8M that I did not order and did not pay for. No invoice was received. I cannot wear these loafers and don't like them. Would very much like to return them to the seller.

·3 years agoThe seller from whom you purchased the New in Box~JBU by Jambu~Gwen Garden Ready~Duck Shoes~Floral~8.5M Vegan~Rain shoes made a mistake and mixed up the packages. She also sold a pair of Halogen Leather loafers~Sz8~metalic silver /pewter~Great that were supposed to go to the buyer who probably received your duck shoes.

·3 years agoWhat I find strange is that now that it's pointed out to the OP that the seller simply made a mistake, the OP hasn't returned to her thread.
@kupplehimer If you're still around, contact the seller of the Jambu shoes and let her know she sent the wrong shoes to the wrong buyer.
After letting her know, open a return request for "item doesn't match the pictures" and in the description box, state that you received Halogen shoes instead of the Jambu shoes you purchased.
The seller will probably accept the return and send a return shipping label.

·3 years agoIf they came to you via Priority mail, you may be able to write "Return to sender, refused" all over the box & get the PO to send them back to the return address at no charge to you.
