Several of my LV bags were removed due to counterfeit policy. I resell designer handbags for a living. One of the bags I bought off of RealReal about a year ago and decided to resell. It was removed due to counterfeit. A few ago another bag LV was removed however i wven have a proof of purchase. EBay for business however told that receipt cannot be a proof of authenticity. This morning I was faced with another LV listing removal as a counterfeit item even though. I have a LV code pictures. Bag was made in Spain and the code on the bag confirms it. This bag is authentic. All my bags always pass eBay’s authenticity. I’ve reached out to eBay customer service several times but useless.
not sure what to do at this point? I was told that nots are flagging my account an it is pointless to talk to anyone and simply I should stop listing any LV bags.

·2 years agomine also, they are so f-----k, Japan gets to sale 1800++ bags, our bags that are 100% authentic, are screwed!!! I'm sick of it!!!

·3 years agoYou can try to provide other evidence that your product is genuine. For example, photos of the product, product description, certification of the official channel distributor of the product, etc. can be provided. Providing more evidence increases your credibility. Or communicate with eBay through other channels, such as phone calls, emails, or customer service accounts on social media platforms. Sometimes, a different communication style may result in a better response.

OP3 years agoI appreciate your help. As a matter of fact I did do all that and i had a proof that the bag is authentic even to the point of having original receipt. However, it was not enough as i was told by several channels within eBay. Someone here mentioned that eBay was sued by LV and that is why being extra cautious. I take my LV supplies and sell it through Poshmark and my own website.
