Item potentially not as described? Refund possible?
I bought a track suit recently. The listing said it was brand new but it was dirty and stained . The listing didn't show the stains and the tracksuit smelled very very bad when it arrived. It's almost entirely destroyed after one cold wash. Is there anything I should or can do about this? This doesn't feel right I had to pay 300 dollars for this lol

You may have a problem since you washed it and changed the condition from as it was received.
But in this case, I would still recommend filing a claim for NAD (not as described). Go to your order and in the dropdown, pick "return this item" and choose NAD as the reason.
There's a text box in which you can comment that it was described as new but was not. (Don't mention washing it.)
The seller has 3 days to either issue a refund without a return or to accept the return and issue a prepaid shipping label. If the seller doesn't respond, you can ask ebay to step in.
If the seller provides a return label, ship it back and once you return it and tracking shows delivery back to the seller, they'll have 2 days to issue a refund or you can ask ebay to step in.
