·2 years agoChanel pieces hold up well with use—this belt has lost its plating. Are there any signatures on the belt or its charms?

·2 years agoTo be honest, details like total weight might be the only way to validate an unknown one against a known-good example, and cast metal pieces like these are even easier to manufacture than plausible fake purses. The round star bangle on the right in these photos looks as if its gold plating is already wearing off and revealing the pot metal underneath.
