ebay supposedly authenticated a Burberry coat had hole, ebay passed it on to seller , no pic hole

Have been on ebay for 26 years selling and buying. Will not be buying off ebay anymore from this day forth. Can find what we need etsy, amazon, general search. They say you have money back guarantee. What a joke. Had to file complaint with paypal. This seller had a 3 feedback. They took my negative feedback back off on her. We have 1000's of + feedback. You aren't for us as a seller and now as a buyer.

A NAD claim on an authenticated item is unlikely to be successful so the best option will probably be through your payment source, @n1oa3h

If there's a way for you to first try the NAD (not as described) route through the order, you might want to try that. Attach several clear and definitive pictures showing the hole that the authenticator missed and where it's located.

If that claim fails, go to your c.c.
