Can anyone read this Chinese (I think) tag on a floral silk scarf?
Hello, I found a big floral print scarf (no content tags but feels like silk). It has this sticker at the corner that appears to have Chinese writing surrounding two dragons. Can anyone out there translate the writing on this tag for me? Thanks!!
