Authentic vs Counterfeit Brunello Cucinelli Men's Shoes
I have about 10 pairs of Brunello Cucinelli Shoes and am always looking to add to my wardrobe. One of the clearest signs I look for is the lack of the grey lining on the insoles, which is always found on authentic BC men's shoes. Two photos are shown below, the grey lining (top) is authentic, the one without (bottom) is a counterfeit. It's a good idea to look at the sellers other listings to see if they somehow accidentally came into possession of a counterfeit pair or have many pairs of counterfeits. For the sake of the community and other buyers, always report fraudulent sellers and merchandise to EBAY.

·3 years agoI wonder if Patagonia is retaliating against NR because of the dissolution of the relationship. (It's not unheard of for companies to accuse legitimate resellers of selling fakes. There was an uproar a number of years ago after a former Coach employee was accused of selling fakes after she left the job. Items had been legitimately bought from Coach.)

·4 years agoYou’re actually reporting sellers if you see a listing for a pair of Cucinelli shoes without the gray edge on the insole?!
Unbelievable.
The photo was copied from the Saks website.

OP4 years agoYou think Saks (or anyone) has an impenetrable supply chain? Counterfeits enter the marketplace 100s of ways.

·4 years agoThat’s completely irrelevant to your original post. Not only did you incorrectly claim that a BC shoe without the gray edge in the insole was counterfeit, you suggested that any seller with such a listing should be reported.
I am certain the the BC shoes being sold at Saks are authentic. You might want to visit the Brunello Cucinelli website. You will also see shoes without the gray edge.
