Your welcome. That item may have been part of a return scam with unknowing Sales assistants accepting a fake bag in return. I am sure this happened and maybe a lot more than anyone could imagine.
A VERY Bad fake. The cartouche is in the wrong location, the oval washer under the flap has divits/dents in it for the prongs and the blue tic lining is wrong. Run Away!
Thank you. Seller is claiming she bought it at a Coach outlet and is vehemently denying my return request. I used goods and services tho but just wanted to verify.

What do you means that you used "goods and services?" Does that mean you bought privately and paid through PP? If you bought it on ebay or any other site, open a NAD (not as describd) return request. On ebay the seller must accept the return if she wants the item back or you can escalate to have ebay step in and resolve it in your favor.
Yes, I used Venmo goods and services. She gave me my money back. But not before a verbal onslaught of cursing and demanding I pay her back the money I PAID her for shipping!! What a piece of work!

I'm glad you got your refund. Your experience shows why one should NEVER use F&F for payment as well as why it's a good idea to verify authenticity of items BEFORE purchasing them. As an added layer of protection, it wouldn't have hurt to fund that goods and services payment with a c.c.
