Purchase of a blu-ray trilogy
Okay, so the blu-ray i bought was a 3pk of the deadpool movies and just like every other purchase i make, i leave feedback for the seller. in my feedback for them, i described how the package arrived as well as what the disc case looked like. Then i chose to rate them a 1 star for not communicating with me, because it wasn't until i sent them a message after waiting until the first of the month asking for an update that the seller then provided the tracking info. Normally any other seller that i've bought something from would include that info without needing to be contacted first. The feedback response i received from the seller today stated that i rated them the one star after they updated me with the tracking details, which i agree was true but only due to their lack of communication with me and not just about the item, but also the tracking. They also appeared offended at what i mentioned in the feedback that i'd left for the item as well as under the impression that i was blaming them for the condition of the disc case, which i was not at all doing.

Looking to identify woman in photo
I am trying to find out the identity of the woman seated in the middle of this photo. The woman on the left is Edna May Robinson, Cotton Club dancer and wife of boxer Sugar Ray Robinson. The man on the right is saxophonist and composer Sidney Bechet. Photo was taken in Paris, France in 1952. I'm figuring that she might be a well known French actress or singer. Any help would be helpful....THANKS!!!

Problem with seller
This seller purposely deleted the item before I could leave feedback. The bluray "Don't Look Up" was supposed to have English audio, but the audio is not on the menu when playing on a bluray machine. It is only accessible through computer software. I sent a message to the seller and he quickly deleted the item to prevent negative feedback. I can't even leave general feedback on this seller, because all feedback is transaction linked. I complained to ebay, but this practice shouldn't be allowed.

Looking to find out the identity of this autographed postcard. Someone told me they thought it might be singer Frances Wayne but I don't think the signatures match. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Is this a photo of Dorthy Lamour
In 1947 Dorthy Lamour came to Houston, TX to appear at the opening of the Shamrock Hotel. The photo is marked on the back Photographer at the Shamrock and it appears she arrived by train. Haven't been able to match this photo with any ones on line, so I am hoping someone can confirm that is is her.

3d movies
can sellers show a picture of a 3D movie then when purchased it arrives 2D only but picture advertised shows a 3D version? and description never said anything about it was not 3D. would this be false advertising?

I believe this is a turn of the 20th century Vaudeville Actress, possibly English. Can't really make out the signature. Thank you for any help or clues to her identity.

Can anyone identify the women in these photos?
One of the photos is signed Kathleen and the other signed Evelyn. Both photos are autographed for Ted. I have an additional photo of the ANDREW TWINS signed by them for Ted. I don't know much about the Andrew Twins but I do know they made several TV appearances. Thanks for any help!

New Sealed DVD
Ebay buyer bought a brand new sealed dvd and they received dvd. Three weeks later they requested a return because they received thewrong dvd disc . I ask buyer to please send pictures but he said item has already been shipped for return. Is there instances that a different dvd can be placed in a new sealed dvd? I feel this a case of the switch-a-roo. Also, dvd wasn't a resealed, dvd had the white strip sealed with title on top of dvd case.

I have had eBay just automatically refund a customer just because the said they had not received a package . The customer messages me the next day and said they were sorry the received the item. Then eBay said the case was closed and refused to make the customer pay for the item . Costing me over a 100$ on an item they just give the customer the item for free just because even though the customer messaged back saying they received the item the next day . I had one that the package was saying out for delivery for 3 weeks . The peope lived in an apt complex . If the carrier does not scan the item the item when being delivered or mis deliver it then eBay wants to just automatically refund the customer. Even though I called the Post office and they found the package. Itâ€™s not right . If the package was misdelivered or lost and not scanned the po can track it back to who delivered that day and make the carrier pay for the item they are responsible for scanning the item at the location they deliver too . Those scanners have gps on them . If itâ€™s out for delivery that should no longer make us responsible. From the time you hand it to the po clerk it is in there hands then . I was a rural carrier for 20 years I know how it works .
