TONS OF BUYER SCAMS WITH PHONES
been dealing with nonstop scam buyers and nonsense! case open now for item not recieved when tracking clearly showed delivered on my end I updated tracking info and 3-4 days go by and now they say they have item but somethings wrong and when i responded what can i do? they instantly send case to ebay to solve saying i wont refund and im a scam? what do i do

·2 years agoYou are selling in a few categories that i would say can be problematic. Video Games and Cell Phones. It does seem like this is happening more frequently these days and you may want to diverse the types of products you list for your own protection.
On another note, printers can have issues especially when the shipping tends to be more than other items. I would not list it as OPEN BOX if it was used (even just once). Maybe its just me but it seems that many returns on items like these (printers listed as new or open box) are subject to many INAD returns where shipping costs make it not worth returning. (for seller)

OP2 years agoi have been mind boggled at how often this is happening to me here lately and i fully detail everything! and gladly do whats right when its sincere! but theses cases are going to hurt my account at this rate and its nothing on my end? this is just crazy. its hard enough finding things to sell to make a dollar but dealing with scam buyers is going to bankrupt me at this point. im basically selling free phones at this point.
