Stolen property
I sent a rare jukebox part from Australia to America to be fixed but I received a parcel of Lip Balm in return, the seller blamed everyone else for putting my address on the wrong parcel, I explained that you would not hand anyone a parcel with no address and leave it in their hands to print and label it and after all that they still put my address on the wrong parcel?? I received a refund but only for the service and WHY cant I leave feedback to warn others? Isnt that what its for??

Hopefully you opened a "not as described" case against the seller, and NOT an "item not received" case.
Since you actually received SOMETHING, an "item not received" case will be closed in the seller's favor.
With a "not as described" case, the seller MUST send you a pre-paid return mailing label, and you just mail back whatever the seller sent you. The seller must refund within a few days, or eBay will step in and force the seller to refund.
If you opened an "item not received" case, you can still try to open a case through your credit card company or PayPal.
So which case did you open?

OP2 years agoUnfortunately, I did open item not received, the sad thing is that there is no way of contacting Ebay now as they will not answer any questions concerning this case now and even worse I cannot leave any feedback, I find this totally wrong as I would like to warn other overseas buyers

·2 years agoSorry, but the best Ebay can do is refund for the service you paid for and nothing they can do about getting your item returned.
