Sellers from Sri Lanka able to charge excessive shipping?
Ran across a seller offering items (mostly auction) for .99 cents starting but up to 99.99 shipping. I thought this was not allowed.

I've seen a few of them charging $200 to $300 for shipping their cheap Chinese junk.

·3 years agoEbay gets their fees on the total, so it's not fee-avoidance anymore. That was years ago when sellers used that tactic, so ebay changed it. Maybe the seller is new or unaware of how fees work. I'm not sure this is an SR thing.
