Not all items pictured by seller, was shipped by seller with purchased item, have sent message.
Buyer purchased 4K player, not all items pictured by seller and described in ad, were sent and delivered to buyer. A message was sent to seller, asking about this. Should one wait for return reply by seller to buyer, or how does one contact ebay about this purchase, if one, does not hear back from seller? It's not that I need them, but, I should expect them to be sent, as, they are included with the purchase. I have yet to find a way to contact/agent at ebay, should I find it necessary.

·2 years agoNo need to contact Ebay, go to your purchase, use the drop down menu to open an item not as described case, missing pieces.
