fraudulant shipment ebay unable to apperal
eBay closed appeal because it showed as Delivered. It wasn't. They tell CC it was delivered. CC reverses credit to me. eBay refuses responsibility and although I have complete information from UPS, Pictures, Tracking number belonging to amazon for a completely different address and eBay refuses to accept any further correspondence as they say the case is closed. Of course fraudulent seller will not respond and they is NO way to contact eBay. I did see unusual shipping activity with tracking number and alerted eBay of potential fraud (I have that email also) as they seller was trying more. My CC company s trying to contact them and they have not responded in two weeks.
I have complete proof the items were never delivered including the picture shown as proof and emails to UPS indicating the delivery was may to a completely different address and routing number was Amazon.
Good luck buying. I didn't check why.
eBay hides it's blatant errors.
