Fake buds

I bought a pair of samsung buds, and turns out that they are fake. Really fake. As fake as you turn them on, usual chinese woman says "bluetooth is conected". Awesome.

The p`roblem is that ebay closed my refund request. checking sellers Feedback, it has already scammed others. Strange that ebay doesnt help me out in this case. Any ideas?

You might want to get with your credit card company and open a dispute.

eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers offers good protection in cases like this when and if used in a timely fashion. So, have to ask: Did you open an item not as described case with eBay? If so, was it within 30 days of your receipt of the faulty item?
