eBay closed return request before customer return deadline because I printed return label early
Hello I returned an item with in the required time from the seller. eBay closed this return before the required return date even though I printed the return label earlier than when I was going to ship it. I don't have access to a printer at home, and I was testing the item for seller before shipping. I used shipping label and returned the watch in the customer time line. I told the customer I will take either an exchange or a refund. They haven't responded to any of my messages after I answered their product question. I now am requesting a full refund. The customer wont respond to my messages and I cant talk to a eBay person only automated help.

·1 year agoHow long has it been since you contacted the seller with responses to their questions and requested the refund?
Did you wait and ship the item after the return request was already closed?
If the seller is not cooperating and you have the tracking number confirming delivery, you can file a dispute through your payment source.
