Completed Sale Returns?
Hello everyone, I am having trouble trying to refund a customer from 6 months ago. A refund is no longer an option and I have no visuals of any shipping addresses. There was an error on my part with the listing and I really want to refund my customer, but I do not want to go against any ebay policies. Can anyone help me with any options? I afraid to ask ebay to step in because I do not want any marks on my store. I hope I can make things right with my customer. Thank you

·2 years agoEbay would never step in to a six month old case, you can always refund thru Paypal.
