Product Protection Plan not received

I have not received the protection plan (Allstate) that I purchased for my CD player. How do I follow-up to obtain this protection plan?

Macbook 2012 with windows 10
How about a MacBook from 2012 from this woman for $35 and immediately when it was shipped I noticed when I turned it on that it wouldn’t turn on without the charger for one and 42 it has windows on it and not macOS so I’ve been moving a lot lately and I finally got settled in and found the charger and everything plugged it in finally got it to work and I’m trying to revert it back to macOS and it’s got a firmware lock on it that was not included when she sold it and I’ve contacted her for it and she’s not in the office for another 2 to 3 weeks so how do I go about dealing with this?

iphone 13 mini "new" - true or false
A number of ads list "new" unused iphone 13 mini. If they are really new in the box and unused, as advertised, then when the serial number is run with Applecare it will show the phone has never been activated. The phone can only be activated by being turned on, meaning the box was opened and the phone turned on. Ordered such a phone and the serial number shows it was activated in 2022. It's a used phone. Are there really any "new" unused iphone 13 mini for sale on ebay where the serial number will show it has not been activated or are they all misrepresented ads selling cleverly repackaged used phones that will show previous activation?

Shipping spare lithium batteries advice
The rules for shipping have changed. Your shipped items will be returned to you unless you follow the new guidelines of Pub 52 from USPS. Spare batteries must be in a rigid box. The box must be the outer layer, you cannot put the box in a poly. I have always used the correct labeling by utilizing the drop down when selecting the shipping label to scroll to the hazardous one. I learned last year you also must put the label on the back with the UN3480 label and phone number. Now after many spare batteries lost in transit, I have learned of the new outer box rule that took effect on Jan 27, 2025. The clerk at the post office didn't even know, so I am telling others to spare you the postage I have now lost out on, and possibly the batteries too. There are still 2 of them out there in the system of recent and 2 others from long ago. But others in the middle that were delivered just fine. 🤔

Fake buds
I bought a pair of samsung buds, and turns out that they are fake. Really fake. As fake as you turn them on, usual chinese woman says "bluetooth is conected". Awesome. The p`roblem is that ebay closed my refund request. checking sellers Feedback, it has already scammed others. Strange that ebay doesnt help me out in this case. Any ideas?

free donations of saleable small items to sellers as part of my estate planning
I have an inventory of saleable electronic parts that I would like to donate to ebay electronic parts vendors. This would be for my estate planning. It would be too tedious and time consuming to try to sell them. So how do I get permission from ebay to contact sellers and vendors directly. If I can't do this, then my inventory would probably end up in a landfill. Thank you

fraudulant shipment ebay unable to apperal
eBay closed appeal because it showed as Delivered. It wasn't. They tell CC it was delivered. CC reverses credit to me. eBay refuses responsibility and although I have complete information from UPS, Pictures, Tracking number belonging to amazon for a completely different address and eBay refuses to accept any further correspondence as they say the case is closed. Of course fraudulent seller will not respond and they is NO way to contact eBay. I did see unusual shipping activity with tracking number and alerted eBay of potential fraud (I have that email also) as they seller was trying more. My CC company s trying to contact them and they have not responded in two weeks. I have complete proof the items were never delivered including the picture shown as proof and emails to UPS indicating the delivery was may to a completely different address and routing number was Amazon. listing was removed: Police-related items policy
My item listing title - " VINTAGE FEDERAL SIGNAL CORP SIREN ELECTRONICS CONTROL PART? CPA58H 12 VOLT WIRE? " There are literally hundreds of Federal Signal sirens being sold & already sold on ebay, I have had this removed twice. Can anyone explain why mine is different? My first try I used the term police siren, I removed the term police, it is not an international listing. This is the ebay policy; "The following items can’t be listed for sale on eBay: - Law enforcement and other government-issued uniforms, badges, or accessories such as hats, jackets, shirts, or replicas of these items - Official emergency lighting systems or sirens, including lenses or LEDs for these systems " Yet there are thousands of these items currently on ebay, this is absolutely absurd. This can not be explained with any logic what so ever.
