Why is our account being severely restricted while other eBay UK/US sellers are permitted to sell the same product?
This is NOT a prescription product in India and is freely sold to the general public by leading retailers without a prescription. More importantly, the SAME Made-in-India Selsun product continues to be sold on eBay by UK sellers importing it from India, including a seller with 1,000+ sales, and even by US sellers importing it from India.

eBay confirmed this action resulted from automated/AI detection. We therefore urgently request HUMAN review by a senior Policy specialist, removal of the 10-day restriction if incorrectly classified, and restoration of our listings.
