It's called the Money Back Guarantee.
You have the right to Claim for Not As Described within 30 day of recieving the unacceptable item.
The seller can then refund you without a return.
Or send you Return Shipping and refund you when they get it back.
If they do not sent Return Shipping, eBay will refund you without demanding a return, and go after the seller for their money.

If they don't return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
