how to send a postage fee separately from initial purchase.
how can I send a postage fee separately, since the item i purchased was returned to sender. they said they will post it back i just need to send the postage fee. please advise how i ccan send the fee alone.

·1 week agoSeller needs to 'create' a listing, even for .01c PLUS $xyz shipping (plus 15% Ebay Final Fees included in that "$xyz shipping") and then give you the 12 digit number to that listing and/or
if a 'buy it now' and seller has more, simply have you purchase another, then they can refund 'just the item' keeping the shipping $$ charged (if they do NOT do 'free' shipping, obviously).
