Why is the "aspectMode" set to "FREE_TEXT" if no user-specific values are allowed for the category?
Since the beginning of August, listing items with user-defined sizes in clothing categories has been resulting in errors.
However, a call to "get_item_aspects_for_category" (Taxonomy API) — for example, for category 63866 and localizedAspectName="Größe" (category tree 77) — returns the value "FREE_TEXT" in the "aspectMode" field.
For the user selection restriction to function correctly, the value "SELECTION_ONLY" (per API docs) would actually be required.
How can one determine which categories allow user-defined values and which do not?
