URGENT — Development Blocked: Need Notification API Scopes Enabled in Sandbox

I am trying to set up notification subscriptions for our application and are requesting your assistance in enabling the following notification topics on our sandbox account.

Notification Topics for subscriptions Requested:
- AUCTION_ACTIVITY , AUCTION_ENDED , OFFER_ACTIVITY ,LISTING_PREVIEW_CREATION_TASK_STATUS , ITEM_MARKED_SHIPPED , ORDER_CANCELLATION_ACTIVITY, ORDER_INQUIRY_ACTIVITY , LISTING
To support the subscriptions OAuth authorization scopes to be enabled:
- https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/buy.offer
- https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/sell.offer
- https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/sell.inventory.mapping
- https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/sell.cancellation
- https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/commerce.message
I have already submitted Application Growth Check Request, but not any positive result from support.
Could you please assist to enable the above auth scopes for notification subscriptions. Its blocks our development timeline.
