If your application is being rejected because of a Trust and Safety Issue, you will not be provided with details.

That is the practice for all Trust and Safety Issues.

I think there are different rules for sellers of digital items.

From what I have read Roblox can't be sold as sellers don't own the rights.

In addition, I don't think "chance" listings are allowed where one has a chance to win.

Ohhhhh, my profile still has that. I made it like 2 years ago. Im trying to put my deal bot on ebay so i can get deals on pc parts to build and ship to interested buyers.

Yes, I see the account is not active anymore. 🤔 it was active with listings this morning.

This is most likely (Roblox) why your account was flagged. So, if you are now trying to sell car parts you may have issues with a new account if your old account was flagged.
