I'm trying to get an eBay Developers Program account opened and I've hit a wall. I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
I've gone through the registration process, but I can't get the account to a working state. When I contacted regular eBay customer support, they told me they don't have access to Developer Program accounts and couldn't help, so I'm not sure where to go from here.
A few questions:
Is there a verification step or profile requirement I might be missing that blocks the account from being fully opened?
Is developer support something I need to activate on my profile before I can submit a ticket? I've seen that mentioned but want to confirm.
If the account needs manual review, what's the correct way to request that?
I'm happy to complete any verification or provide whatever documentation is needed — I'd just like to know what's actually required so I can get it sorted. Any pointers appreciated.

·3 weeks agoare you trying to create an api key id and it says disabled? This was the problem I had and I was able to get it working buy applying for an exemption for notifications.
