Sandbox Test User registered successfully but user is not found
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with eBay Sandbox Test User registration.
The registration form initially returned:
"Unknown Exception"
Later, the registration page displayed a successful registration message for:
TESTUSER_seller-chiaki01
However, the user cannot sign in to the eBay Sandbox.
The Sandbox sign-in page returns:
"This password is incorrect."
I also tried the official Sandbox User Password Reset tool, but it returns:
"Sandbox user not found"
So the registration page reports that the Sandbox Test User was created successfully, but the Sandbox login and password reset systems do not recognize the account.
This is blocking OAuth Authorization Code testing for my Sandbox application.
My Sandbox application keys, RuName, OAuth Accepted/Declined URLs, and Privacy Policy URL are already configured. My application successfully reaches the eBay Sandbox sign-in page.
I also tried to submit a Developer Technical Support ticket, but the support portal currently returns:
"Failed to create CRM incident. Incident path not found."
Could someone confirm whether this is a known Sandbox provisioning issue, or advise how I can create a working Sandbox Test User?
