Request for additional keyset (sell.account + sell.marketing scopes)

I need to request an additional keyset for my application, in order to use the sell.account scope (Account API) and the sell.marketing scope (Negotiation API).
I already have a production keyset for the Trading API in use by a third-party listing tool, and I don't want to re-authorize that existing application, since generating a new token for it would invalidate the token currently in production use.
Could you please advise on how I can request an additional keyset with both scopes?
