request access to the Marketplace sold data | eBay Developers Program | eBay Community

I am developing an Australian Pokémon trading-card price research application using the Browse API with EBAY_AU. I need historical sold-listing data and would like to request access to the Marketplace Insights API item_sales/search resource. Is access available for this use case?
