Production keyset stuck Non Compliant for 20+ days — need moderator/compliance escalation
Hi, could a moderator please look into my case or escalate it to the compliance team?
My application "CharmChase Sync" (Production keyset, App ID: ArtemSha-CharmCha-PRD-33a4941c3-c026dec5) has been showing as "Non Compliant" and disabled for over 20 days, despite completing the Marketplace Account Deletion exemption and fully completing my Primary Contact / Legal Address profile.
I have an open ticket (reference 260827-000002, status "In Progress" since August 27) with no resolution since. I'm a UK sole trader who only needs to retrieve my own eBay listings for my personal e-commerce website.
