I need help with my Production application.
My app is showing "Non Compliant" in the eBay Developer Portal, and because of this I cannot generate or use my Production API keys.
What I have already tried:
- Verified my eBay account.
- Enabled Two-Factor Authentication.
- Tested on iPhone and laptop.
- Tried contacting Developer Support, but the support request could not be submitted.
Could someone please review my application and explain why it is marked as Non Compliant and what I need to do to fix it?

We'd like to inform you that to activate your keyset, you'll need to address the requirement regarding eBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure Notifications by either:
1. Subscribing to Notifications: If your application stores eBay user data, you must integrate the notifications workflow. This ensures you receive alerts when an eBay user requests the deletion of their personal data.
2. Opting Out: If your application does not retain eBay user data, you can opt out of this requirement.
Completing either the subscription or opt-out process through the links provided on the overlay will automatically activate your production key. Once this process is complete, the overlay will disappear, indicating that your key is active and ready for use.
