Production API Access Still Pending – Need Developer Support Assistance
Hello,
I’m looking for assistance with our eBay Developer account and Production API access.
We operate an established sports-card business and are developing a card valuation tool that needs legitimate access to eBay marketplace data. We have already completed the required Developer Program setup and the steps requested for Production access.
We have also opened support tickets regarding the issue, but unfortunately we have not been able to get a response that resolves the problem, and our Production access is still not available.
At this point, the lack of Production access is preventing us from completing the eBay integration in our application.
Could an eBay Developer Support representative or forum moderator please help determine what is still outstanding on our account, or direct us to the appropriate team that can review the Production-access request?
