Please HelpDeveloper Account Registration Rejected Repeatedly Despite Successful Email Verification
Summary: jstech_llc has encountered repeated rejections when attempting to register for the eBay Developers Program despite successful email verification. They have tried multiple registration attempts with different configurations but continue to face rejection without a specific explanation. jessicasfinds is experiencing a similar issue and is hoping for a resolution.
I have made three legitimate attempts to register for the eBay Developers Program, and all three have ultimately resulted in the identical "data provided or other irregularities" rejection.
The first registration used a different email domain. The second used my business domain, but my Google Workspace DNS was not yet configured, so I could not receive the verification message. I corrected that issue before my third attempt.
For the third registration I used a new developer username and j.smith@jstechllc.net. My business domain is now properly configured with Google Workspace, including working MX, SPF, and DKIM records. I successfully received the eBay verification email, clicked the verification link, and eBay confirmed that my email verification was successful. Approximately two days later, I attempted to sign in and again received the generic registration rejection.
I have no previous Developer Program account, I am registering from the United States on my normal network without a VPN, and the information I provided is legitimate. I have also already used the official "My account registration was rejected" contact form, but it has only resulted in a generic response without identifying what information is incorrect.
Could Developer Support please manually review the eligibility/risk decision associated with my most recent registration, or tell me which specific registration field or condition is resulting in the rejection? I am happy to provide my developer usernames and registration email addresses privately to an eBay representative.

That is the practice for all Trust and Safety Issues.
