Just created a developer account and developer account suspended
I'm trying to login to my developer account I just created. However when I enter correct credentials it says incorrect username or password, when I know the password was correct as I just created the account 5 minutes ago.
When clicking forgot my password to reset it, ebay gave me an error saying my account was suspended?
Why would this be, I know my company had tried to set this up over a year ago, and never succeeded, I am trying to get a new account setup for them, I'm wondering if their old account is flagging this behavior or something along those lines.
Has anyone encountered this?
If not what are my next steps to move forward, as this is a pivotal need for my workplace.
