Individual seller — registration rejected, appeal auto-denied, both support emails bounce

My eBay Developers Program registration was rejected with “Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities.” I submitted the Developer Account Support form and got an automated decline within seconds — no human review.
I then tried both support addresses listed in older threads here. Both bounced with 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected:
So every documented channel is currently a dead end.
My account: mik.krenz, individual seller, 58 items sold, 97.4% positive, 44 active listings. Email, phone, and identity all verified. I’ve confirmed my registration details match my eBay account exactly.
I’m asking for read-only Browse API access to price my own listings before I post them. No programmatic listing, no data redistribution, no third-party use.
Could someone from Developer Relations take a look, or point to a channel that’s actually monitored?

·1 week agoYou can try and fix the description of your program in the registration form. I wouldn't resubmit it too many times but once or twice shouldn't be a problem. To get mine working I had to resubmit after changing wording and making it clearer it is a single user application.

OP1 week agoWhen I try using my username in a resubmission of a registration, I am unable since it states my username is already registered. How do I get around this? Thank you for the help.
