Developer Support activation blocked - Primary Contact Edit button disabled
My Developer Technical Support status is INACTIVE.
The support page instructs me to activate support by going to Profile & Contacts, clicking Edit in the Primary Contact section, saving the details, clicking Edit again, and then selecting Activate Support.
The problem is that the Edit button in the Primary Contact section is disabled, so I cannot reach the Activate Support option. My contact information is already populated, my Production keyset is active, and I need Developer Support enabled so I can submit an Application Growth Check for restricted Production API access.
Can an eBay Developer Support moderator please help restore the Edit/Activate Support control or enable Developer Support on my account?
