Hello eBay Developer Support,
My developer registration under hr_sportscards was rejected. I submitted the “My account registration was rejected” support form and received a response on September 30 declining activation based on internal eligibility and risk criteria. I have replied requesting clarification.
I’m developing Cardboard Scout, a trading-card discovery app that will use official eBay APIs to help collectors search active listings, view listing images and prices, save cards of interest, and click through to eBay to purchase.

I cannot access the developer dashboard or create application keys, so this is a registration issue rather than a disabled production-key issue.
Could someone please advise:
Is further review of my existing registration available?
Can I correct any information or provide documentation to support reconsideration?
I registered using Gmail and subsequently noticed the business-email guidance. Does my address meet that requirement? If not, what is the proper correction process?
If reconsideration is unavailable, how long should I wait before reapplying?

OP1 week agoReapplied today and got auto rejected again. Super sad watching others with a similar idea get approved so easily and I am sitting here in limbo not knowing what to do. If anyone can please help I will be forever grateful.
