Developer registration auto rejected... requesting manual review.

Hello eBay Developer Team,
My registration for an eBay Developer Account was auto-rejected, and I’m hoping a moderator can help look into this for a manual review. My registered developer email is jessegardner7@gmail.com.
I am building a Python-based internal warehouse tool to streamline our inventory management by pulling listing details from our product photos. I want to emphasize that this is purely an internal tool to speed up our workflow. Every single draft generated goes to an internal dashboard where a human operator must manually review and hit publish.
We are not building an automated bot, nor do we participate in listing spam or scraping. We strictly use secure OAuth 2.0 to access our own account data.
Could someone please escalate this request to the review team? Please let me know if you need any other business details from my end.
