Developer account rejected – need help getting application reviewed
Summary: mjautoparts-1 is seeking assistance from the eBay Developers Program team regarding their rejected developer account application. They are a UK sole trader operating a vehicle parts business called MJAutoParts and want to use eBay APIs to manage listings and inventory. mjautoparts-1 is unclear on what needs to be corrected in their application and asks for a review or specific guidance on resolving the issues. They also express a desire to speak directly with someone from the Developer team to ensure compliance with eBay's requirements.
Hi,
I’m hoping someone from the eBay Developers Program team can help me with my developer account/application.
I’m a UK sole trader operating as MJAutoParts, and I’m developing my own internal inventory and listing management software for my vehicle parts business. The intention is to use the official eBay APIs to manage my own eBay listings and inventory more efficiently.
My developer account/application has been rejected, and I’m struggling to understand exactly what needs to be corrected before it can be approved.
I’ve already been in contact with eBay Customer Support, who advised me to contact the Developer team directly. I’m happy to provide any additional business information, explain the software and its intended use, or make any required changes to my application.
Could an eBay Developer Program representative please review my account or advise me on the specific reason for the rejection and what I need to do to resolve it?
I would also appreciate it if there is a way to speak directly with someone from the Developer team, as I’d like to get everything set up correctly and in accordance with eBay’s requirements.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Martin
