Developer Account Registration Rejected – Manual Review Request

My developer registration was recently rejected, and I would like to request a manual review of my account. I believe my application may have been inadvertently flagged by automated risk filters.

I am a small sports-card business owner using a private, internal application exclusively to assist my own manual purchasing decisions. I am requesting access to the Browse API to:
Run low-frequency, scheduled keyword searches against the Sports Trading Cards category on behalf of my own store's private watchlist.
Calculate listing price + shipping values against static, internal pricing benchmarks on my local computer.
Compliance & Guardrails:
No Automated Buying: This tool is strictly informational. It surfaces matching items to a private dashboard so I can manually review and purchase them via standard eBay web browser channels.
No Commercial Reselling / No Scraping: I am not building a public marketplace, I am not reselling eBay data, and I am not operating a public scraping service.
Low Traffic: The tool will run occasionally for a minimal number of high-value watchlist items (initiated manually by me), safely operating well within standard tier rate limits.
I am committed to fully complying with the eBay Developer Terms of Service and API License Agreement. Could a team member please review my registration data and help me get my developer keys provisioned?
