Hello,
My eBay Developers Program account registration was rejected. When I sign in
I see: "Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data
provided or other irregularities." When I try to register again, it says my
username is already registered, so I can't proceed either way.
I'm an individual eBay user. I only want to use the Browse API for personal,
low-volume price research to help my own buying decisions — official APIs
only, no scraping, following the API License Agreement.
Could someone from eBay please tell me:
1) why my developer registration was rejected, and
2) what I need to do to get it reviewed / reinstated?

·3 hours agoHi @developer-support@ebay.com , we're experiencing the same issue with our BuyOClock Developer Program registration. We already contacted Developer Account Support requesting a manual review, but have not received a resolution.
BuyOClock is a legitimate multichannel seller SaaS that intends to use eBay's official OAuth and Sell APIs, starting in Sandbox. Could an eBay representative please advise how we can obtain a manual review or provide any required verification through a secure channel?
