Cannot sign in to developer.ebay.com — CSP header blocks the page's own inline script, all buttons dead

Account approved Aug 9, 2026 (welcome email from dev-relations@ebay.com). I have never been able to sign in.
Every button on the developer portal is dead — no error, no response. Sign In, the "Show" password toggle, "Send Now" on /fyp, and the submit controls on /support/developer-account-support. Since the support form itself doesn't work, I can't file a ticket, which is why I'm posting here.
