Cannot receive developer account verification email, need manual review

Hello eBay Developer Support, I tried to sign up for eBay Developer Program, submitted registration with email:【the 163‑email I used for developer registration】 But I never received any verification email. I have checked inbox, spam, junk, trash folders completely. I added ebay.com and developer.ebay.com into safe sender list. I clicked re‑send multiple times, still no email arrives. Please help manually trigger verification for my registration. Thank you.
