Application Stuck Unable to Get Response
I submitted an application for access to a restricted API on 6/29/2026. It was filled out completely and submitted. I have received numerous emails requesting the same information that was supplied in the application. The emails suggest you can reply and that you must enter your reply below a certain line separator in the email in order for it to be accepted. However, the email is formatted in such a way that when you try to reply, you cannot enter any information "below the line"., I have gone to the portal multiple times and attempted to update the application, but all the information requested is already there. I have tried multiple ways to talking to the AI assistant to get help, but it has proved totally useless in this circumstance. How can I actually get in contact with a "real" person at eBay who can help with my application? Any suggestions are welcome that actually put me in touch with a real person. Thanks in advance.
