You're going to drive around and post index cards on local cork [posting boards about the fact that eBay is withholding funds as you agreed to when you signed up as a seller on their site?
Great idea.
Just reminding you to remember to add this to your little index card, since you seem to be consistently and conveniently forgetting it:
Transaction holds
Transaction holds are when we place a hold on funds related to a particular buyer transaction. The funds on hold may be used to refund the buyer for the same transaction.
Additionally, we may place a transaction hold on funds depending on your seller status, changes to your account status, or other factors we use to help ensure a safe marketplace in all categories, regardless of whether the transaction is covered by our eBay Money Back Guarantee or not:
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer.
Best to try to ignore this guy. He has at least 7 posts regarding his holds. Some he started and some he is trying to shift the focus of the poster's problem to his issue of payments being withheld. Someone he thinks that he will get his money faster instead of focusing on listing stuff, selling it, shipping it out fast and earn ebay's trust so that they release the funds quicker and eventually get to the point where they won't withhold it anymore.
You have zero feedback for selling in over a year. That means eBay is going to hold your payment for 14-30 days. You'll have to give them your SSN and attach a checking account for payouts and add a payment method for seller fees that aren't taken from your payouts.

OP3 years agoI suppose because of my unwillingness to let somebody step on my neck more than once.
I just purchased a stack of small index cards and there are several large cork posting boards within easy motoring distance.
You just comply, ask the important questions, and make sure you get your badges. You are paying for them.

Have you done that?
