I've come across a military patch that I can't quite identify.
I found it at an estate sale and believe it could be from WWII. Does anyone have more information about its history or significance? Any insights or resources to explore would be appreciated!

The emblem features two white elephant tusks crossed over a vertical blue arrow against a red triangular background.
This specific unit was active during the Vietnam War era and was officially deactivated in July 1974
