Social account not linking to Facebook!
Summary: Several participants, including snowmanor, are experiencing issues linking their eBay pages to Facebook. Hi, is anyone else having issues linking their eBay page to Facebook? It has been running fine, now it says connection was lost and to re-link the account. When I try it says 'Feature Unavailable
Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app.' I have tried to speak to Facebook help, they were useless! All the info I'm finding on eBay is how to link the account, which I know how to do! So frustrating🤯

·3 weeks agoI have had the same issue for over a week. I can link to facebook via Account settings and works perfect, but when you go into Marketing social that is where the disconnect is. I tried like everyone else disconnecting in FB. So it seems it must be the Marketing tool as I said you can connect via account setttings.

·1 month agoI am having the same problem. I tried a different device and got the same message. Even cleared my cache and that didn't help. Have you figured out how to resolve this.
