I keep getting these alert every time I open the ebay website, even close the browser tab open a new tab and open ebay.com website and there it goes "Get $10.00 off when you purchase in our app!"

Why someone working in ebay did not do anything to show the popup only once.

Any good webmaster could have used cookies to show the message only once. I cant believe this is happening on Ebay.

I just do not want to use the app, just NOT.

Still happening on 2626-08 on EVERY page load. I am NOT downloading the APP. This is a very bad design from Ebay webmasters who does not know how to design a website.

Was wondering what that was because it breaks my browser window and the message portion of the window never appears. I just dims my whole screen and with no way to exit out of it. It comes and goes. Totally annoying.
