Promotion fees charged 13 times for unsold item

eBay keeps adding promotion fees for same item that has not sold yet and withdrawing funds from my bank account. 13 times charged total of $33.93. How is this possible? I called eBay support at 15:58h (3:58PM) Pacific Standard Time, from Los Angeles and the live support was already closed.

Check in Seller Hub in your Ad Dashboard to see if you have any campaigns active or under Payments to see details of what those charges are for.

If you have enabled Promoted Listings Priority or Offsite for any items, those are cost per click models which means you will be charged for every click on the ad regardless of whether or not the item sells.
