I'm seeing an issue with how my promoted listings are displaying in search results, and I'm hoping someone here can clarify whatâ€™s happening.When I search in Chrome's Incognito mode using the exact Brand and Model number of one of my items, my listing does not appear near the top, even though itâ€™s an exact keyword match. Instead, I see four listings from another seller that donâ€™t accurately match the search term, but they're showing in the top spots.Hereâ€™s whatâ€™s confusing:My listing is actively enrolled in Promoted Listings (up to 7% ad rate), yet it doesn't appear as "Sponsored" or near the top.The competing listings do appear in the top 4, but eBay Research shows they are not Promoted.Can anyone explain:How non-promoted, lower-relevance listings are appearing above mine (as Sponsored)?Why my promoted listing doesnâ€™t show as Sponsored or rank higher in Best Match?If thereâ€™s something wrong with how my campaign is set up or how my item is indexed, Iâ€™d appreciate help fixing it.
