Promoted Listings active but 0 impressions and 0 clicks
Hello eBay Support Team,
I am requesting a full review and investigation of my listing and advertising campaign, as there appears to be an issue that I am unable to identify on my side.
Since yesterday, my item has been:
- Actively listed and visible in my seller account
- Included in an active Promoted Listings (General) campaign
- Using a fixed ad rate (6%)
- Fully completed with title, category, item specifics, images, and pricing
- In good standing with no policy violations or account restrictions
Despite this, the campaign shows zero impressions and zero clicks, which indicates that the listing may not be entering search results or ad placements at all.
At this point, I have reviewed everything that is under my control. Therefore, I kindly ask your team to:
- Check whether there is any technical, visibility, or indexing issue with my listing
- Confirm whether my account or listing is restricted or limited in search or ads (even temporarily)
- Verify that my Promoted Listings campaign is properly eligible to serve impressions
If any issue is found, please let me know exactly what needs to be corrected.
If no issue is found, I would appreciate a clear explanation of why the listing is receiving no impressions whatsoever.
